I am trying to install their client on some new workstations, but I'm running into an issue where we place the destination directory to a network share drive. ConsYou have to be careful you don't click on the wrong button because it doesn't have labels for some of the pop-up features. But I am not going to put my personal files out there. Windows doesn't take the trouble to ensure network drives get properly connected after log-on which frequently results in network drives that are visible in Windows Explorer, but that are not active. There's also that video problem which I already mentioned above.
