Note: The Office 97 SR-2 contains Outlook 97, not Outlook 98. It says 'Please wait while Visio updates its directory Cache' then I get a Microsoft Error window. last night I would probably have thought to try these things! ;-) Any suggestions you may have will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
Obviously, the auto run doesn't, but attempting to view the contents of the CD (via "my computer" or dos prompt) indicates that there is no CD (or one without any information). I have sent the error report three times. That's when I discovered that the MSOCACHE folder was still on the old drive.

On the second machine the install stopped at about 99% complete with an error message about a missing file. I would be very grateful if i could get some help.
