Hearing there was supposed to have been a bug fix I carried out another reinstall this morning using the NRnR tool. From what I see the person trying to help don't understand the details. Often their installs maybe incomplete or corrupted.

When I uninstall software I use the uninstall program that comes with it, then I check it with "Absolute Uninstaller" to make sure it's gone...
